How it works
Embroidery is a decoration technique where the design is stitched
directly onto the garment using high-quality thread. An industrial
embroidery machine converts the vector file into a stitch program
(.DST or .PES format) and reproduces it thread by thread with
millimeter precision. The process requires prior digitization of
the design.
Key Advantages
-
Premium durability — withstands industrial
high-temperature washing without fading or distortion.
-
3D tactile finish — the raised thread gives
a premium look and high perceived value.
-
Ideal for corporate logos and work or sports
uniforms.
-
Compatible with almost all fabrics — fleece,
piqué, gabardine, canvas, caps, etc.
